Author Interview; 

Q1; So those who are your fans know by now a great many things about your series opposites which is not completed as of yet but you are in the middle of writing. But you took a break from that series to start this new series Gai for pay. So what inspired this series…why did you want to write about this particular subject?

Tams: I attended my first book convention last October, GRL in Chicago. I had the pleasure of meeting two gay porn stars at the event, Jordan Levine and Caleb Strong (Randy Blue). It was my conversations with them that started the idea for this first story, that coupled with my insane obsession with gay porn, specifically Cockyboys, really brought this series to life.

Q2; Are the characters inspired by anyone you know or have met like the characters in your first series?

Tams: The character Chris/Kris is inspired by Jordan Levine, though I created a character named Jordan as well. The character Lincoln/Linc is inspired by Caleb.

 

Q3; Anyone who is a true T. M. Smith fan will know that you love Male / Male literature, film, and also porn. They will most likely know that you are a huge Cockyboys fan, addict…or should that be fan-addict lol. Who are your top five favorite Cockyboys?

Tams: Tasty Tayte Hanson, Colby Keller, Gabriel Clarke, Jacob Bass and Levi Karter.

Q4; This first All Cocks book centers on the characters of Chris and Linc. What inspired the details in their stories? Chris’s horrific past…was it born out of something that really happened? Linc’s ex-issues…does that reflect your life in any way or the life of anyone close to you? Or were these details of the characters lives perhaps inspired by something else all together?

Tams: Great question! Yes and No. Chris’s past is just an idea that was born from pondering what I could do to break this guy down, then build him back up. I wanted to take it to an extreme that wouldn’t be so extended that he would be hated by readers, give him a road to travel back to grace. Linc’s past is a bit of life imitating art. I don’t have the best track record with men. I was married to a cheating, lying asshole (hello Lance!) as well as an abusive alcoholic, so there is a little bit of my memories wrapped up in  Linc’s story.

Q5; Having read the book I am a huge fan of this series already, and no I am not biased just because we are friends lol. I really love this story and the potential I see for future stories in this series. I wanted to ask you if there is anything you would like readers to know going into the series about the book itself or any of the characters?

Tams: What I’m doing with this series is trying to bring these characters to life, to create this family of sorts that is rooted in the online gay porn industry. But show that there is more to them than just the cover. They are real and flawed and human. They all deserve to be loved just like everyone else. Just because they’ve chosen the seedy world of adult entertainment does not make them any less worthy of the simple pleasures in life. Home, family, success, and dare I say, Love.

I’m utterly fascinated by threesomes, which you will all get to see more of in the next book in the series. As it’s already been made perfectly clear, I love Cockyboys and I follow the threesome that runs the companies blogs, sites and social media. I see the negativity that is thrown at them because they are a three instead of two and it infuriates me. Love is love people, and it’s not up to us to judge someone elses perception of the emotion.

In the coming weeks I hope to roll out a new website I’m creating just for this series, The All Cocks stories, where I will sort of create my own imaginary gay porn site. But underneath all the glitz and glamor of the camera, at the end of the day, they are all human and all simply seeking their happy ever after.

Q6; Is there one character from this series with whom you perhaps personally identify with more than the others and if so why?

Tams: Yes, and you won’t really see more of him for a few more books. There is a reason why Kory is the way he is, so don’t write him off just yet, give him a chance.

Q7; This last question is not about the series but rather about a recent event. Your book only just came out and before it was even released you had some people rate and review your book when they had not ever even seen the book. I know of one that was posted on Goodreads. What do you as an Author have to say about this subject? I know for myself I think it should not be tolerated but more I think if people do this to Authors they should be blocked from leaving ratings and reviews. How do you feel about type of occurrence as it seems to be becoming more and more a frequent issue for Indie-Authors, especially those who write in the Male / Male genre?

Tams: This is a slippery slope. It’s very hard for me sometimes not to engage the crazy. I completely agree that you should not leave a review for a book if you have not at the very least attempted to read it. You don’t like the cover, synopsis or author? Then move on to one you do like. But don’t set out to turn people off of a story simply because it’s not for you. I learned a few things early on in this venture of writing… 1) you have to take the good with the bad. For every person that loves your book, there is one that hates it. It’s  the circle of life. 2) don’t engage the crazy. If you, the author, comment on a negative review you will have your ass handed to you on a silver platter. Even reviewers that did like your book will rally behind the poor reviewer you just insulted because, in all honesty, they probably deserved it. But, none the less, never, I repeat NEVER engage the crazy. Walk away. 3) while you have good days and bad days the people that you meet… authors, bloggers, reviewers, readers and fans are just the most amazing and supportive group of people you could ever imagine. I would not be where I am today without the support of some awesome bloggers that review and share my work. Readers that have come to love my characters. And fellow authors that are always willing to lend a helping hand and give you constructive criticism on that chapter that may be lacking.

What is your favorite sex scene in the book and why? 

 

Oddly, the threesome scene with Gabe, Linc and Kris. I think that I was able to tap into something raw and visceral with that scene, especially with Linc. He and Chris have barely decided to see where their relationship will go and now they are thrust into this scene with Gabe and Linc is so unsure of how it will play out. He is having to deal with feelings of jealousy and uncertainty and I think, I hope, that I portrayed that well. It’s an amazing, sexy scene!

Citizen 3 is finally Free!!!!!!!!!!!!

Victory!!!! Love wins today!!!!!!! Marriage Equality in all states of America!!!!! Today is a great day in history!!!!!!

No more is it "We shall be citizens", now "We are citizens"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is here, It has happened...Oh my Queer brothers and sisters....we are finally true citizens!!! Marriage Equality is now the law of the land, and federally mandated in all states of The United States of America!!! Today is a great day!!! Thank you God for helping the supreme court of our nation see what was right and then do it!

Well today we found out what the supreme court of America thinks of we who are Queer citizens, we are actual fellow human beings and actual citizens! Let us pray a prayer of gratitude to God that He has delivered us and given us the great gift of marriage equality here in America. It is not the last hurdle we must over come, but it is the biggest. The fight doesn't end here but hopefully this battle will decide who wins the war. Those who stand with us on the side of justice and freedom, and that which is right; or those who oppose us and stand with the enemies of America and her ideals!

Today we have seen that The Right will win out!!!

Today History is made. Today in history we will remember that equality came! Today Love declared Victory and Light dispersed darkness!

Gay for Pay is the first book in a series I'm planning that centers around the particular online gay porn site, All Cocks. I've always been intrigued by the inner workings of the industry, I follow the cockyboys site and their fearless leader, Jake Jackson, closely. They really seem like a family of sorts. So that is what I hope I'm creating with this new series. A group of guys that are drawn together for whatever reason, and become a family. 

This first book will focus on the story of Christopher and Linc, but several of the characters you'll learn more about as the series progresses are introduced. Chris and Linc were born from a conversation I had with a couple of gay porn stars at a book convention I attended in 2014. I don't want to give too much away, as I want to keep everyone anxious to grab a copy when the book releases in June. And for anyone attending Rainbow Book Fair in Tampa in July, I'll be there as well with a ton of paperbacks so you can stop by my table, we can visit, and you can grab some goodies!

~ An excerpt from Gay for Pay...

A trip to the bathrooms and Chris learned there

really were Glory Holes in men’s rooms. And from the sounds that were leaking

out from under the stall next to him, he was certain someone was getting nailed

to the wall in there, literally. A loud thud and the wall shook, then a scream

and a guttural moan alerted Chris that whoever was in there had found their

peak. A cute little thing with long black hair streaked blue, eyes lined black

as night fell out of the stall while zipping up his pants, with what could only

be described as a grizzly bear following behind him. Chris had to look up at

the guy, and that didn’t happen often.

Quickly making his way back to his group of friends

smiling, anxious to tell them what just happened, he stopped in his tracks when

he saw Linc pushed up against the bar, a big guy with black hair claiming his

mouth. Linc wrapped his arms around the guys neck as he pulled the man closer,

rutting up against him. Even over the bass of the music and the ringing in

Chris’s ears, he could hear the moans Linc was emitting. He thought for a

moment that the guy was going to fuck Linc right there up against the bar. He

was sort of hard, a little jealous and very confused at those two emotions. He

had never been turned on by another guy when he wasn’t in the mindset of Kris

while filming a scene. Or out at the house surrounded by all that sex and the

job. But right here standing in this loud, dark, smelly bar with half naked

bodies writhing all around him, watching Linc climb up the guys body and wrap

his legs around his large waist, Chris was turned on.

My life and this Blog lol…

So much has happened since I last wrote a blog post it is difficult to know where to begin. The world seems to be growing ever more dark and terrifying. Still I am not afraid. I do sometimes feel a sense of dread and then I remember that is how some evil people want me to feel and I choose to feel something else. Sometimes I don’t know what to feel or what to think. Sometimes I just want to go somewhere, anywhere, far from here, far from my life, and my self, and this place. I ceaselessly have the feeling of far-away in my blood as if I was actually born a nomad or one of the Romani. It is so easy to see the gathering darkness and often so hard to hold on to the light. It would be easy to give in to despair and sadness. It would also be cowardly. I just can’t seem to choose the easy way, not anymore…if I ever did. My heart is sore troubled not for what is coming as much as for what was lost to us. I wonder if we will ever get it back at all; all that amazing mystical quality once held by all of life? I wonder if our nation will ever be the glorious place it once was before the two party system destroyed it? I wonder how we will defeat the ever growing tides of islamization taking hold of our world and turning it into a place of darkness? I wonder if we can stop the spread of the evil tyranny known as sharia law? I have to believe that one day we will take our nation and our planet back. I look around with great sadness that atheism is also taking root in so many young lives and destroying their souls and the soul of our planet. Idiots like richard dawkins are leading them to a path of evil, sorrow, and eventually the pain of loneliness and the void of hell. I have to believe that there are also beautiful tides of Spirit growing out in the world, not only in my system of belief, but of others as well. I am encouraged by the uprising of things like Buddhism and Paganism. I know that sounds strange for a Christian to say, but it gives me hope to know that there are still people who are seeking Spirit in their own way and that can only be a good thing.

For a long time it seems as if the focus of this blog has changed. It got me some followers and it helped give me another type of purpose. Having said that, I do not want the entire point of the blog to shift focus. This blog was made as a way of talking about my exploration of Spirit as it is moving through the world today. The books and my advertising of them was not meant to take away from that but add to it; by showing that the arts are still alive and well. Also several of the books have been male on male romance novels and this was done to point out that freedom for all queer people is coming about no matter how slowly. I am saddened that queer people in this nation have been lied to by the democratic party and that many of them are now helping in their own possible destruction by standing up for islam and sharia law which seek to destroy us. At least the republican party and all its off shoots hate us openly and do not lie about it. Why are people so stupid as to be involved with either party any more? Why can’t we care more about our nation, and less or not at all about party politics? In the end it is anti-American in my point of view, to belong to a two party system. I believe we should have no parties, just patriotism; or if we are going to have parties at least have seven that can keep us in line.

I have not abandoned this blog, I have just been so caught up in becoming an Author myself. I am getting ready to publish my first book under my own name, and several titles under my children’s book pen-name; not to mention my adult work. I do need to find an illustrator to work with.

Although the focus of the blog has not changed, neither will the book posts go away either. I have never made a secret of my love of literature. If I can find a website to buy that meets all of my needs, all of my blogs will be transferred to it, just to let everyone know.I am hoping to start an official publishing site that will also sell books for indie-authors.

On another note in case I forgot to blog about it, I finally after a life time of wanting a legal name change obtained one for my self. I have a new name. It is mine and no one can ever take it away. My Name and my Love are what I have to take with me at the end of life and all that I can really ever leave behind as a gift to the world. I will attempt to live in such a way that I can be proud and make God and my ancestors proud of what I did with this gift called life. That is my Solomon vow. I promise to try and Love more each and every day and reflect God’s light to the world. I am not perfect and my walk with Spirit will not be or look perfect. It will, I am sure be fraught with hardships, disappointments, imperfections, mistakes, and plenty of stumbling off the path... only to try and find my way back to it. That I feel is as it should be. It is after all how we as human beings learn, and evolve, and grow.

My family has come under tremendous financial hardships. Many of these hardships were caused directly by the horrific administration “led” by barak obama and his evil cohorts. And let’s face it people, health care freedom is over and has been replaced by the forced tyranny of socialism. The world of politics grows ever more terrible by the day. There is a war raging, against men, women, and children; against Christians and Jews, and Gai people, and white people. Will we stand against it? Or will we let it rob us of all our freedoms? We have lost so many of our freedoms already.

Still….still…I cling to hope! It is a life preserver while being lost in this sea of national and global confusion. I hope that one day people will see what is right and act accordingly to enact it and protect it; and even more importantly to live it.

It seems a very large world and I am just one little (or not so little lol) man. I often feel like Bilbo Baggins. What can one so small do against such great odds? Then I remember the end of the story for Bilbo and his favorite nephew Frodo. I have heard it said both in life and in literature, and also in film... that one rain drop raises the ocean. I know this to be true. One person really can make a difference, even if just by speaking out and taking a stand. Even if just by bearing witness. Bearing witness is no small thing. It is such a very important thing indeed. To bear witness is a powerful act!

Thank you to all of you who were, and still are here for helping me to bear witness, and for knowing that it is right to do so, and helping me to know that I am not standing alone. Even if we all just bear witness, the fact we are doing it together means something very real and very vital. We are being the change we want to see. For that I am thankful. For that my heart is full!

Nathan is the hottest young architect around and a greatly sought after as he is the most eligible trust fund bachelor playboy. Everyone wants a piece of him and many seek out his artistry. Nathan however is lonely and keeping a very big secret from the entire world. He is kind and shy and is always afraid in the back of his mind that he will once again loose everything that matters to him in life, as he did once before.

Joe is a construction worker who is large and in charge. He is what he is and doesn’t hide a thing…except how empty he his life has began to feel. He is tired of one night stands and desperately yearns for something deep and real…a love that will last, and a relationship beyond the physical. He also has a desire to know the finer things in life…he wants to drink wine and know if it is a good vintage, he wants to look at paintings and understand their secret language…he wants a better life where poverty is a distant memory. He would happily and thankfully however, settle for true love even if he never gets the rest.

When these two meet, lives and emotions collide and great transformation is around the bend and life will never be the same for either men.

 Will these two unlikely lovers be able to overcome their differences? Why do both men feel like they have met each other, upon first glance? Will Nathaniel let go and let Joseph knock down the walls of his careful facade to come in? If he does…what will the fall out be?

Main Character descriptions;

Nathaniel Langly: is the hottest young architect in Chicago. Sought after by everyone and caught by none. In fact dating none…as in ever; not really. He goes on fake dates four times a week, and the evening always ends after dinner. Despite his status, his business achievements, and his talents…he is shy, kind, gentle, soft spoken, and utterly hopeless when it comes to seeking what he really wants…what he really needs. A big strong man to come in and share his life with him…and a big strong hand on his behind. He never had a father to show him how to be a man and he has always wanted a father figure…a father figure with benefits. Unlike the circles he runs with… he doesn’t care about money, prestige, or any part of the superficial facades that the upper class concern themselves with in desperate attempts to hold on to their fortunes, and distract themselves from the miseries in their own lives. The fact that Nathaniel looks like the love child of Emmet Cullen and Clark Kent, with a side of Michael Angelo’s David doesn’t always help him in his personal life, though it most likely did get him his first few jobs that made his career. He doesn’t think of himself as all that attractive though a lot of people tell him that he is. When he looks in the mirror all he sees is hopelessness and what he doesn’t have. Despite this fact, he always finds a way to put a smile on face, ever the professional and soldier on through all the lonely nights. Until he meets Joseph and his world to changes almost overnight.

Joseph Hays: is a usually quiet, very intense construction worker with a longing to better his life and situation. Not that he minds hard work and anyone can see that. Hard work turned him into one of the hottest men ever to walk the earth. He is the definition of tall, dark, and handsome. He is not shy about who and what he is either, which despite the differences from his co-workers earned him some respect. While the other men cat call women to no end, he himself cat calls young college age boys confusing some, infuriating others, and making a few feel orgasmic when he looks their way. He is the manifestation of what it would look like if you crossed Eros and Adonis the Lords of sex and beauty, with the dark knight on his black steed, and then threw in a little cowboy for good measure; did I mention he was born and raised in Texas…and they really do grow them Bigger in Texas! He moved to Chicago at sixteen. A couple of his peers and ex’s would describe him as a blue collar god. He likes guys a little younger than himself. They are more open and more malleable then men his age, who seem so stuck in their ways. His friends often call him Smokey Joe because his sexual attractiveness is evident even to his straight fellow co-workers. Smokey Joe doesn’t exactly refer to a cup of coffee, but alludes to the fact that Joe is smoking Hot. He wants someone to share his life with. He is tired of the occasional one night stands. He wants to be adored by one person who he considers truly worthy of his time, attention, skills, and oh yes… actual Love! He also wants someone to let him take control in the bed room, and also to show him the finer things in life that he longs to know!

Main Character Physical Descriptions and Inspirations;

Nathaniel Langly is taller than the average man, standing at six feet. He has black curly hair that always manages to look flawless and perfect. He has kind, soft, blue eyes, and a complexion that is almost unreal; looking as if porcelain can have a natural bronze tone. His face is angular with both sharp and rounded features, and high cheek bones that make him look as if he is descended from royalty…or possibly from a mythological deity.

Joseph Hays is taller than Nathaniel by a good five to seven inches; he is built, and broad. He has dark hair that when not tied back hangs just above his shoulders and around his chin. When it is tied back short strands fall out and hang in wavy tendrils around his face. His dark eyes are intensely warm and bright. They are a mix of dark chocolate brown, and copper, with flecks of amber and red. The guy smiles a large sexy grin. He has a cocky swagger, his hips sauntering so that when he walks he looks as if he is making love to the entire world.

The Physical Inspirations behind Nathaniel and Joseph are Henry Cavill and Joe Manganiello.

Author Bio:  

A Mystic Born into the wrong century and on the wrong continent, L.C. Bellami somehow ended up being born and raised in Texas. He was born into a family which has long been in The Ministry. Religion and Spirituality play a part in all that he is, though as a proud Queer he has a far different perspective about life than most people. He was raised loving Literature and The Arts. After Deciding traditional education was not serving him all that well, he enrolled in vocational school and became an Alternative Health Practitioner; and later went on to become an Ordained Minister. He had many interests growing up and many dreams that never came to fruition; however one dream never left him. The desire to be a published author has been a life long aspiration. As a Survivor of abuse and bullying he loved to escape into books, movies, and music. Stories were and still are a lifeline that takes him to a brighter place. His goals as a writer are as follows; to write the stories he always wanted to read as a young queer man and never had, to bring the awareness of God and Spirit to people with a new perspective, and to help people understand that sexuality is neither wrong or without sacredness and beauty!
